2003 Chevy Cavalier Rattle under the car

I thought it might be the plastic wheel covers rattling, but I removed them and the car still makes the noise. It sounds like its a jingle type noise, it does not effect the cars driving, and it does not shake the vehicle, the person I bought the car from said there was a recall or something regarding the rubber bushings could this be it but rubber bushings on what? Please help answer this if you can.
