2003 Chevy Cavalier Automatic 33000 miles

How often should the power steering and break fluids be flushed? Some people have told me 100,000 miles but my dealer is telling me that my fluids are "dirty" and need flushing after 33,000 miles.

get a 2nd opinion. i doubt they are that dirty
