2003 Chevy Cavalier passenger side noise

I have had my car fixed repeatedly. I just spent 1300, I now need to get it inspected, but two days ago I have a rubbing or humming sound coming from the wheel area of the car on the passenger side.

Hello
As you drive down the road move the steering wheel slightly from side to side, if the noise changes then you have a bad wheel bearing. If it does not change you mave have a bad tire or possibly a brake noise.
