I added coolant and now the service engine light is on. I had it coded and it was an coolant fan malfunction code. I was told this means I have an air pocket in there. How do I get rid of the air pocket?

you need to bleed the cooling system at the bleeder screws on the coolant pipe and thermostat housing. opening them up till coolant comes out will help get the air out
