2003 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Where exactly is the horn in my Chevy cavalier? I need to replace it but I cant find.

Bottom right front of vehicle, under fender. Why need it replaced? Have you checked horn relay and/or fuse first?
