2003 Chevy Cavalier fuel tank

I just replaced the fuel pump now I can not get the fuel
tank back in place. Do I need to take off both brackets?

you need special tools for this job.. you will need the CNG Tank Remover tool # J 43133 and the CNG Tank Sling tool
