What can cause loss of directionals, brake lights and not being able to start the car at the same time and still have power?

You could have a bad igniton switch. Check for 12V at the starter main connection, and 12V at the solenoid with key in start (jack up car, put on stands, remove tires, emergency brake on, rear wheels blocked).
