2003 Chevy Cavalier dashboard lights

2003 Chevy Cavalier

I got a new battery for my car and now when I drive it all the lights on the dash light up and the windows roll up/down slow and the gages drop and then go back where their suppose to be. I'm overseas right now so I wasnt able to take it to a chevy dealer...is this a easy fix???

Have you checked the alternator?
