Engine Performance problem
2003 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I crushed the pipe leading to the catalytic converter. I won't have the money to repair it for a month. How much can i drive before it starts to affect the engine? The check engine light came on but has since turned off?

only thing that it will cause is poor fuel mileage and possibly a very slight miss in engine.
