2002 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Manual 186000 miles
not all the time but a fair amount when it rains / snows....my wipers turn off / stop, when this happens my headlights go off too and daytime lights will stay on if i engage the parkingbrake when this happens the day lights go off to....now if i turn light s and wiper switches on and off quick or pull on wipers they start up normal....you can hear wipermotor loudly trying to run when this happens....humming noise comes from dashboard as well ( could be different problem there too, but hope not...)
