2002 Chevy Cavalier window motor drivers side

The window on my car stopped short of 2 inches of closing.I picked up a motor replacement of my buddy,but wondering how difficult to change that motor.Seen that they have rivoted the unit to the door frame.Take it I have to drillout the rivots and rivot the new motor in.Any help much appreciated.

They are not too bad. Yes you need to drill out the old rivits. When I replace them I just use nuts and bolts with a lock washer.
