2002 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 300000 miles

after running my car the water coolant leaks thru the drain pipe of the evaporator unit i was wondering what is the connection? what could be the proplem?

coolant finding its way in the evap casing? almost always points to a issue with the heater core being faulty
