WHAT IS THE BESY WAY TO REMOVE/REPLACE THE RIGHT REAR DRIVE WINDOW MOTOR TO DETERMINE IF IT IS REPAIRABLE OR A NEW ONE IS NEEDED.

i would highly suggest either purchasing a repai manual or having a professional do it.
