Hello I am having a problem I just changed my tires for the winter season I had 16" 205 55 16" for summer had no issues I put back on my 195 70 14" on for winter and now since I put them on I have had seems like stearing problems not major ones but when I move into the right lane it feels loose and when I turn the left lane it is tighter when I wiggle the wheel a lil bit on the road the front end feels like its bouncy and when I let go of the wheel to see if car drives stright it goes slightly to the left I am trying to figure out why or what could happen from inbetween 16" to 14" tie rod end? Ball joint or wheel bearing? And why changing the tires for the season would cause this to start? Thanks for your time

Take it to an alignment shop and have the tires balanced and front end aligned.

If the summer tires work fine, then I would suspect an alighment problem rather that a ball joint/tie rod (although possible).
