2.2 liter with a new cat and tune up. Does not want to accelerate in the rain. Takes forever to get up to 70 mph.

Best thign to do is wait for a warm night thats dry and start the vheicle and slowly spray each part of the engine with a salt water mixture in a hairspray bottle make sure its a fine mist, you should see the electricty arc through the spray, or it will just run rough when you find the problem.
