I HAVE A 2000 CHEVY CAVALIER. THE ENGINE THREW A ROD SO I PUT IN A MOTOR FROM A 2002 CAVALIER.2.2 MOTOR .SAME ONE .OIL KEEPS BLOWING OUT THE SIDE OF FILTER.I HAVE TRYED 3 DIFF. FILTERS.I KNOW THERE IS A CHECK VALVE.IT MOVES FREELY WHEN YOU PUSH ON IT .WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.THANK YOU FOR ANY KIND OF HELP.

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge to rule out the oil pump-pressure relief valve could be sticking closed
