2002 Chevy Cavalier o2 sensor

2002 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I just installed a new o2 sensor "for the 2nd time" the one nearer the motor, now I am getting all type of odbII codes. "and the track off light now comes on where before only the engine light was on"

o2 circuit no activity (bank 1 sensor 1)

o2 circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 1)

o2 heater circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 1).

my question is how can I fix this?
