I recently, heh, backed into my sister's cavalier, on my birthday. It was minor damage, only really impacting the front bumper, nothing else seems to be scratched, bent, or anything. However, once we try to turn the car on, the key wont turn, it's locked, the car can't be put into gear, so a tow truck cant even take anywhere, maybe it can, regardless, this seems like a very dumb problem to have, what should I do?
