I have the same problem. My car hums when I get up to about 25-30 mph and it gets louder up beyond that. I changed my wheel bearing as that is what a couple mechanics thought it was but that never solved the problem. Is anyone familiar w/ this?

I also sometimes have a clunking noise when I turn my wheel the whole way?

Have you checked youre motor mounts upper and lower ones, They are common to wearout. Also check youre Cv boots and see if they are cracked or torn. Also I would get youre strut mounts looked at as well.
