My right rear end is making a grinding noise. I think it;s the wheel bearings. Maybe axle bearings? It gets worse when I slow down or turn. Less at higher speeds.
How long can I drive like this? I only drive about 20 -25 miles per day.

Check the bearings by raising the rear, putting on jackstands. Grasp the rear wheel and pull/push both vertically and horizontally, if there is any movement then it is probably a bearing.

Also check the brakes, and do not drive it with this condition, there are many things that can happen, none of which are good.
