2002 Chevy Cavalier Fan

The fan for air conditioner and heater will only run on the 3rd or 4th speed not on 1st or second speed. Is there an easy fix for this or is it hard to fix?

the most common culprit for this would be a faulty blower motor resistor, not necessarily easy but not too hard either. I would suggest first testing the blower motor relay.
