I was going down the road and i felt a click in my clutch pedal and then i went to go shift into third and it just reved the engine, then i tried all the other gears and they just reved the engine to. I dont know what is wrong with it because i took it to a transmission shop and they replace the master cylinder 6 days ago and then this happened and i dont know what could be wrong with it i thought it might have been the transmission but i dont know. can you tell me what it could be?

Hi there,

do you still have clutch pedal pressure? if so you may have a problem with in the transmission, check the fluid in the clutch system and if its ok, and you have normal feel in the clutch pedal, your problem will be transmission related, will the transmission select gears running with out the clutch being pressed? is the speedo working when in gear and you rev the engine? let me know what you find out with these questions.
