How do you reset or unlock tha anti-theft symstem in 2002 Chevy Cavilier?

turn the car to crank then leave the key in the on position for ten minutes until the theft light stops flashing. when the theft light stops flashing, turn off the ignition and then the car will start. this is a temporary fix, your problem is most likely a faulty ingition cylinder and or switch
