ABS module is bad. It lets off breaks when it does not need to causing run out in intersections. New module cost more than car is worth. How do I unplug the ABS module?

It is doing the same thing as before. The local chevy dealership said it was the module and replaced it with a used one. The price quoted for a new one was a down payment on another car.
