I have a 2002 Cavalier that keeps running hot. If I take out thermostate its fine. I've replaced thermos, tried 4 just in case could be faulty ones, new water pump, new radiator, replaced motor, nothing seems to be working, Seems no mechanic at garage can see whats causing it since everything been replaced new. IS there something minor I should know about.

Check to see if any on the radiator hoses are extremely soft and spongee. When the hoses that are in this condition they can collapse when they get hot and keep the coolant from circulating. It is more common than people think. The water pump is working fine but the soft hose will close from the pump's suchion from the radiator. Also, surely the mechanic bled all the air out of the cooling system. Otherwise there could be a small air pocket where the temp sensor is at and it won't work properly.
