the rear brakes on my car keeps locking i have cleaned all the dust out the pads are in good shape the self adjusters are not tight the rear wheel turns freely and the e brake is not tight open for suggestions

Make sure the primary and secondary shoes are not reversed! You did turn or replace the drums? And there is no contaminats on the linings? And don't forget, a small bit of white lith grease on the pads...thats the area the shoe rests on! New hardware?
