Engine overheats, fan won't come on, fuses insde the car and under the hood are fine, I changed the fan relay, fan still won't come on. I bought a coolant sensor, however I have not put it in, I want to see if there might be something else to check. I put power to the fan with a jumper wire and it works
Thank you, Tony

Hello,

Fan can be inoperative for typically three reasons, the relay, temperature sensor or the fan motor.
Since you have already done the relay, next step is to check the temperature sensor.
If the sensor is faulty it will not send proper signal to trigger the fan.

Also you want to make sure you are getting power to the fan.
As well as power to the relay, just in case there is a wiring issue.

I have attached the wiring diagram for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
