2001 Chevy Cavalier Jerking in 2nd gear

Hey-- When quickly accelerating from a stop, my car jerks hard into 2nd gear. But when I slowly accelerate from a stop it doesn't jerk at all. What's the problem? Could it be low on transmission fluid?

Check fluid level and also check the motor mounts. If it only jerks in 2nd gear, it may be transmission related, or possibily the clutch.
