My daughter bought a 2001 Cavalier. The horn does not work. The fuse block under the hood didn't seem to have one specific to the horn. Is there a fuse and/or relay for it somewhere?

There should be a fuse box, drivers side, end of the instrument panel. You may have to open the driver door to see it. The cover for the fuse box, should show how the fuses are labeled. If you have an owners manual, it will show it.

If the horn relay is separate from any of the fuse boxes, it may be under the dash? The wiring diagram does show a horn relay. You could do some testing, at that relay. I just don't know for sure, where it is located?
