2001 Chevy Cavalier fast idle

My son has a 2001 cavalier 2.4l, the car idles at 1500 rpm or faster. I have changed the throttle position sensor and the idle air control motor with no solution. what should i look at next

If you havenot already clean throttle body and plate. Also check to see if plate is fully closed and no binding in cable.
