2001 Chevy Cavalier Engine Fan

I need to know why my fan won't stop running and if it stays on all night will it drain my battery. Its been going for 3 hours and it won't stop.

Yes it will drain your battery, I believe it may be a bad engine coolant temperature sensor, Try to test/replace it and see what happens, in the mean time you are gonna have to remove the negative battery cable everytime you get out the car. Let me know what happens
