2000 Chevy Cavalier Removal & replacement of gas tank f

Recently I had a smoke test done of the car's evap system. The test showed vacuum leaking from the gas tank filler neck. I just need some tips on removing the old filler neck and replacing it with a new one.

all of the fasteners of the fuel filler neck should be inside the fuel door area and in the fender well
