a chip is prohibiting the car from running. where is it at and how can i fix this problem

Hello, I'm not sure about your problem, not enough info. If the theft system is causing a problem, that should only effect the injectors. If it is a fuel pump problem, do some testing at the fuel pump relay, under hood, power distribution center.
