2000 Chevy Cavalier Drive Belt Tensioner

How do you remove completely a drive belt tensioner? I tried today & couldn'rt get the bolt all the way out. Is it captivel; or, do you have to jack up the engine for the bolt to clear?

You will have to loosen mounts enough to get engine up to get bolt out.
