2000 Chevy Cavalier Coolant in Cylinders

I have replaced the head gasket on my car and, noticed i have a lot of coolant in my cylinders. I was wondering how you get that out so I can put my car back together.

Or a wet/dry vacuum-make sure you change oil and filter.
