Car has the 4 speed auto with traction control.
On rare occasions, shifting to drive either from a stand still or from reverse(I always stop the car fully before shifting), the car will shudder like the parking brake is on(it's not) then takes a long time shifting from 1st to second. I get around this by manually shifting to first then up through the gears. No warning lights come on and techs haven't found any codes. A tranny fluid change at 100k miles made no difference. Not a serious problem as engine, brakes and trans all have worked fine for years. It's more a nuisance, really.
