1999 Chevy Cavalier Pipe that runs across the motor

My girlfriend has a 99 Cavalier 2.2L and there is a small pinhole in a pipe that runs across the top of the motor and connects into the passenger side of the block. I'm trying to figure out what that part is called so I can locate one and fix the problem.

what is it leaking ?
is it the EGR tube ?

it is leaking antifreeze... my dad told me to put black pepper in the system to stop the leak for now but i want to get it fixed soon
