The electric radiator fan is not working unless I jump it. Also my A/C is not blowing cold and the A/c compressor is only kicking on sparatically. I've recharged the A/C but it still blows warm. What do I do next?

AC system could be leaking-for the fan could be a coolant temperature sensor/engine temperature switch/fan relay or computer controlled of the relays
