1999 Chevy Cavalier Daytime Running Lights

1999 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive

My daytime running lights are not coming on while the car is running, and the high beam indicator is always on, on the dash while the car is running. I checked all fuses in the fuse panel and none are blown

Check the fuses again, especially the circled ones. But I am almost positive that the problem lies with the DRL relay.
