Electrical problem
1999 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My 99 Cavalier wont start. The starter, battery and all fuses are fine. I am thinking either the nuetral safety switch or ignition swithch. Can anyone tell me how to test these to determine which one is bad?

No, it will not crank over at all.

move gear selector to Neutral and try to start.
