Where are the flashers - turn and hazard - located on 99 cavalier?

The turn signal and hazard flashers are integrated into one flasher on this models. The flasher is located on a bracket above the brake pedal. Replace the flasher by unplugging the old one, removing it from the bracket, and plugging in the new one.
