I just got my car back two or three weeks ago, im in college and I cant go to my parents or brother for help. The engine was just completly rebuilt. I have checked all the fluids and oil. The engine is clicking and running funny. Usually the clicking is when slowing down but at times its all the time or not at all. I havent drivin it bad etc. Havent gunned it, speed over 70, etc. I dont know why its doing this.

Take it back to the installer and have them fix it. This doesn't sound like something that is going to be simple, and you want to get it fixed before causing any more damage.
