MY CHEVY IS HARD TO STEER AND HAVE FULL RESAVOIR AND BELT IS ON WHAT COULD BE WRONG WOULD IT BE THE PUMP

Hi:
It sounds like the rack and pinion may be going bad. The bushings go bad and cause extra resistance when turning. Have it looked at by a mechanic.
