Codes indicate multiple misfires, does this mean coil packs or modgule(or both)need replaceing?

Possible but most likely need the fuel injectors cleaned or a tune up

Injectors&sparkplugs replaced(new). Plug wires, All filters&fluids also changed recently. Comprssion test was good&no oil in water or viceversa.
