I have a 98 cavalier 2.4 i have replaced the fuel relay, fuses, crank sensor and the fuel pump(salvaged). But i can get both fuel pumps to come on by directly wiring them with 12 volts and they come on!I have tested the wiring and there is 12 volts going to the wiring to the pump but as soon as i plug the pump in to the car and turn the key the pump will not come on! Is it a fuel pressure sensor or a fuel pressure regulator? Or neither of those? please help!!
