Hi,
My battery light came on then the car died. I took it a local store that told me the battery was dead so I replaced it. Charged it and brought it to another store that told me that alternator was no good. I replace that and have the same problem. The battery light stays on even after charging it for 2 hours but the car runs a short didtance then completely dies. Nothing, no lights, horn etc. Please help!!!! :-)

Charge the battery up and check that all connections are clean and tight, with the engine running, check the alternator output at the main alternator terminal, post the reading here for more assistance, i need the reading to work out what may be going on.
