MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS STAY UP WHEN THE WIPERS ARE TURNED OFF. WE HAVE REPLACE THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND IT STILL DOES IT! WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE?

there is a part in the wiper motor that retracts the wiper to the parked position. call your local dealer they will have th info for you
