Where is the circuit fuse on a 97 Chevy

My check engine light is on. I hade the code checked P0141 it told me oxygen sensor defective. I replaced it. It said poor connection at oxygen sensor and I checked it also. And last thing it said was check circuit-fuse. I cannot find it

The code P0141: Oxygen sensor heater circuit sensor 2.

This could get triggered due to a faulty wiring harness for the oxygen sensor.
There could be number of reasons why you are getting this code. Best course of action would be to go through few steps to determine the cause.
