1997 Chevy Cavalier Vibration

When going over a hill or up/down a slope my front right wheel (it seems to be coming from there at least) makes a ridiculously annoying vibration noise. Someone told me that the tire was rubbing on the shock or something but I really dont think it's that because it just keeps getting worse and worse. It also happens when turning to the left sometimes. Not a clue what it could be.

did you look inside the wheel area for any obstructions
