Coolant will not drain. I have turned plug 1/4 turn clockwise with no success. Thought installing a flush kit would make things easier but I am not sure which hose is the heater inlet hose. Can anyone help me identify it?

if you remove the radiator cap (overflow tank cap) it should let the coolant drain out ..
